I have been meaning to get down to see Katharina Fritsch's piece (Hahn/Cock) on the fourth plinth in Trafalgar Square for ages and yesterday, armed with my brand new Nokia Lumia 1020, I finally did. It's a great big blue cock and well worth a look, although I wasn't blown away by it.
The fourth plinth on Trafalgar Square has played host to some interesting pieces of modern art work over the last few years and it is rumoured that it is being reserved for a statue of Queen Elizabeth - when the time comes.
