La Porchetta Italian restaurant on Old Compton Street in Soho is THE place for a good cheap pizza and has a great buzz and atmosphere that is sadly lacking in nearby pizza-chains. One of the guys in the restaurant posed for me in his T-shirt last night; I didn't order the sausage!
