I've started collecting Carlton Ware money boxes from the 60s/70s and this is my most recent purchase; Owlzee? Or possibly Sexy Chris!

Metal Detectorists on Morcambe Beach
Spotted this couple spending quality time together at the beach a while back - she particularly looks to be having fun.

Lancia Fulvia
All this good weather we are having at the moment makes me wish I still had my beloved Lancia Fulvia, which I sold a couple of years ago; bombing along some country lane with all the windows down and some rocky track on me ipod, heaven!

Behind the candelabra
Went to see 'Behind The Candelabra' yesterday and found this pic of Liberace which I thought I'd share.

Celebrating the Fiat 128 Sport Coupe SL
In the 1960s and 70s Fiat made some great little coupes; I know because my family owned many of them. This is the Fiat 128 Sport Coupe SL, a particular favourite of mine and the top picture is actually of one driven by the Bowlzee family in the early 1970s.
Unfortunately, pretty and fun as they were, they tended all too quickly to resemble the bottom picture; rusting away like a Steradent tablet left out in the rain. Which is why they are as rare as hen's teeth.

Lunch
This was the scene lunchtime at Abbotsbury Swannery in Dorset on Saturday. Amazing place and well worth a visit if you are in the area.

Pissed Off Cherub
Came across this distinctly fed-up looking little chap when I visited Kingston Lacy in Dorset last week.
Great house and history by the way.

A very British motor
I always get a slightly warm feeling whenever I see an old Morris 1000, I spotted this one on a beach in Dorset at the weekend.
Maserati Quattroporte outside the Italian Embassy
I've spied (and posted) this beautiful Quattroporte outside the Italian Embassy before, but, couldn't resist snapping and sharing again.
