Discarded Lists
I find it really interesting when I discover a discarded shopping list on a supermarket trolley - yeah, I know, I really should start to get out more.
Anyway, I like to be nosey and see what the great British public are putting in their baskets; this is always considerably healthier than my own shop and suggests sensible, balanced lifestyles, that sadly do not reflect my own chocolate eating existence.

Me, Ben and Rob
This is a picture of me and my good mate Rob meeting the very personable Ben Cohen back in November 2011 - as you can see we're huddled together in the pant section of Prowler.

A True Mini (Pick-Up) Adventure
This amazing little Mini pick-up was once owned by my family, now 50 years old, it is currently parked somewhere in Japan and I believe is for sale. I wrote about 10 MWL, the Mini pick-up that was driven all the way from Oxford, UK to Moscow, Russia in 1961 by the then mayor of Oxford and a friend on a single, custom 50 gallon fuel tank, in a previous blog.
It seems that even at the age of 50 she's still travelling the world; a very interesting little car indeed and I would love to have her back. Deep, nostalgic sigh!

Art in Chelsea and Westminster Hospital
I spotted this in a corner of The Chelsea and Westminster, I think it's art although it could be a mummified patient; the queue in the pharmacy was very long indeed that day.
Bowlzee's a poster boy!
If you happen to live in the London Borough of Redbridge you may have spotted this poster for the current Do More Guide adorning park railings, libraries etc - it's a what's on guide for the borough. If you look closely you'll spot a particularly manic looking carol singer; yeah, I'm afraid it's me, laughing not singing though.
The actual guide can be picked up at your local library; if you live in Redbridge of course!
